Speakreps Privacy Policy

Speakreps collects:

• Email address (for account login)
• Audio recordings submitted by the user
• Transcripts, coaching results, and phrases saved by the user
• Subscription status and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service

This data is used to provide and improve Speakreps, including storing recordings, transcribing speech, generating coaching feedback, securing accounts, and managing subscriptions.

Speakreps does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help run these features, such as cloud hosting and storage, speech and AI processing, email delivery, payment processing, and Apple for App Store purchases.

Users can delete their Speakreps account and stored content from Settings or request help by emailing support@speakreps.com.
